Meet Hugo

Recognising the need for his clients to step back and focus on their physical, and mental health. In March 2015, Hugo founded Helios Retreats.

Helios Retreats now operates in six unique countries, hosting more than 16 retreats in 2019 with more expected from 2020.

Helios works closely with the best fitness coaches and most inspiring yogis offering a platform where more than twenty Helios trainers showcase their skills to guests from around the world at extraordinary locations.

All our adventures come with private transport and English-speaking team, too, and our experts will share advice on everything from visas to packing.
